These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Studypack platform, including all features, content, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Platform.

Studypack is designed to be your personalized AI learning assistant, helping students engage in more effective, customized learning experiences. The platform offers AI-powered tools for generating mini courses, quizzes, flashcards, and much more.

2. Services Provided

Studypack provides the following services:

• Personalized learning experiences: Using AI, Studypack analyzes your learning patterns and generates customized study plans, mini courses, and material tailored to your academic needs.
• Interactive study tools: The Platform offers quizzes, flashcards, and mini courses to reinforce your learning.
• Group study features: Share and collaborate with others through course sharing and interactive study sessions.
• AI chat support (coming soon): Interact directly with study materials via AI chat to get explanations or help with complex topics.

Studypack reserves the right to update or modify features at any time to improve your experience.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are required to create an account to access the Platform. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

By uploading or sharing content (such as notes, study materials, etc.), you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Studypack a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and modify your content to enhance the Platform's functionality.

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not misuse the Platform, including but not limited to engaging in activities that disrupt the experience of other users, infringe on intellectual property, or violate any laws.

7. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the Platform, Studypack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studypack is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Subscription and Refund Policy

Studypack offers subscription-based services. Once a subscription is purchased, we do not offer refunds. We are confident in the value of our services, and we recommend taking advantage of any free trial or demo before committing to a subscription.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing your use of the Platform. Studypack reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other users.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
